What to say about Zay. We’ve been training duet sessions with Zay for 8 months now. When we first started, we really had no idea what we wanted out of it other than to stop feeling like crap all the time. We were both athletic in our teens and twenties but had fallen off significantly. What made things more challenging is years of yo-yo dieting and failed workout plans. I always wanted to be an active person, but just couldn’t seem to make it happen. Zay almost makes it easy. Almost (you’ll work your ass off and thank him for it after). His programs are realistic, approachable, and effective. We’ve seen more results in 8 months than in 8 years of trying to do it ourselves. And these are not just physical results, though they are visible. The mental aspect is what we’ve always wanted.
